Chris Phillips, Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer

Chris Phillips is primarily responsible for the audit and compliance functions at Cendera Funding, and also assists with the overall operation and performance of the company. Drawing from his past experience, he is able to utilize his knowledge from previous roles as Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer, Branch President, and CFO throughout his banking career with local banking institutions. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. He has been married to Lisa since 2000, and they have 2 amazing sons.
