Cristy Utley, Compliance & Licensing Manager

Cristy Utley has been in the Mortgage Industry for 12 years, and in that time she has had the pleasure to work in numerous areas that have helped her learn and understand what it takes to succeed. She has been with Cendera Funding, Inc. for over 8 years now, and during this time, has grown with the company to what we know Cendera Funding as today. As the Compliance & Licensing Manager, Cristy oversees the Quality Control and Licensing Requirements for the entire company. She works directly with all the Branches and Loan Originators regarding Compliance, Quality Control, and Licensing, ensuring efficiency in everything from loan specific issues to obtaining a state license.
