Mark W. Browning, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mark Browning currently serves as Cendera Funding's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Treasury Professional and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Mark began his career in Dallas with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He has over 17 years of real estate experience in both the title insurance and mortgage banking industries.

Mark resides in Flower Mound, Texas and has been married to his wife Brenda for 18 years and has two wonderful children.
