Mindy Duncan, Post Closing Manager

Mindy Duncan currently serves as the Post Closing Manager for Cendera Funding. Her role includes overseeing the review of files for accuracy, delivery to investors, and providing items required by investors to get loans purchased and cleared off warehouse lines. In addition, her role also includes making sure government files are insured by FHA and VA, final documents are delivered to investors, and any post purchase items required by investors are addressed. Mindy graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1996. She spent 5 years after college working in the Dental field as a Dental Assistant before moving to the Mortgage Industry where she has worked for the last 8 years. Mindy started in the Mortgage Industry as a Post Closer and later became a lead. After working in Post closing for 2 years she became a processor and processed loans for 3 years before being offered a job in July of 2008 with Cendera Funding to head the Post Closing Department.
