President & CEO
Brian Collins founded Cendera Funding in 1998. He currently serves as President and CEO and is responsible for the overall growth, direction and strategic vision of the Organization. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of their sister company Cendera Bank which is a full service national FDIC insured bank operating out of four locations in the North Texas area. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. He has 3 sons and has been married to his bride Gina for 18 years.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Anthony Aldridge oversees loan production and branch operations for the company working jointly with Jill Clifton regarding loan fulfillment, works with secondary marketing on product and pricing strategies, provides sales training and leadership, and continues to build new business relationships for Cendera. Additionally, he works closely with Joe Gregory and Mark Browning on new and existing branch structuring, profitability oversight, and new personnel integration to the company. Anthony first joined Cendera in 2002 and has originated, managed, and built long lasting relationships in the marketplace. He lives in Aledo with his wife, Kelly, and their 2 children, Silas and Violet.
Chief Operations Officer
As Cendera Funding’s Chief Operating Officer, Jill Clifton leads the company’s underwriting, closing, shipping, training as well as investor relations. Her tenure with Cendera began as a Regional Branch Manager in 2009. Her quality performing branch & no-nonsense management style earned her Branch Manager of the year in 2010 & 2011 and the invitation to serve on the Executive Management team as COO in 2012.
Jill has spent almost 40 years in the mortgage business and is most proud of the people she’s helped achieve the dream of home ownership. She began her career as a loan processor, then advancing to originating and managing both in retail mortgage lending as well as wholesale. She is a licensed RMLO in Texas & is a Licensed Lending Manager in Utah.
Jill met her husband of 23 years through a couple for whom she financed their home. They have a blended family of 6 children and 11 grand children.
National Sales Manager
Joe Gregory brings 19 years of real estate lending experience to his position as National Sales Manager. Joe plays the central role in ensuring the implementation and execution of Cendera’s sales strategies, objectives and revenue goals. Together with Anthony Aldridge and the rest of the leadership team, he develops and oversees the recruiting and strategic growth into new markets and manages the relationships between the outside sales force and inside operational support teams. Additionally, he coordinates a smooth and comprehensive on-boarding process for all new sales team members to ensure their success. Joe also works extensively with Kim LeVrier and the marketing team to make sure Cendera stays ahead of the industry with implementation and compliance in the marketing offerings to the sales staff.
Joe is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Administration and Management and is a life long resident of the Fort Worth area.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Browning joined Cendera Funding as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2008. After graduating with honors from Texas Tech University in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Mark began his career with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He has over 20 years of real estate experience in both the title insurance and mortgage banking industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Treasury Professional, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mark resides in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife of 20 years, Brenda, and their two children.
Chief Compliance Officer
Cristy Utley, CBAO, CCBCO oversees all aspects of regulatory compliance, licensing, examinations and ensures adherence to industry best practices for Cendera. She joined the team in 2003 and has an extensive background including mortgage processing, closing, funding, investor relations, post-closing warehouse line management before moving to her current leadership position in 2008.
Cristy is a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer and has obtained her BSA/AML Officer Certification.
Chief Credit Officer
Becky Garcia leads the overall credit policy, safety and soundness for Cendera’s underwriting and portfolio quality. She joined Cendera in 2008 and has been instrumental in building the streamlined underwriting system currently used by the company.
