About Your Mortgage Banker

When I bought my first house nobody seemed like they had the time to help me understand what was going on. I had a loan officer and a real estate agent, but they were both too busy to really answer my questions and make me feel like part of the process. Once I got into this business and saw how much I wasn’t told as a new homebuyer I knew the exact type of loan officer I wanted to be.

My goal is to make sure each and every one of my customers end up in the best loan possible and walk away feeling like they knew what was happening the entire time.

I’ve had the privilege being part of the Mortgage Industry since 2006, and there are a few things I make sure to do on every loan. First, I do my due diligence up front. I ask questions and try to learn everything about your situation so I can really figure out what type of loan you need. Second, I follow through on exactly what I say I’m going to do. That’s important, especially in this business. Third, I never lose sight of just how many people are depending on me. There are families whose lives can get thrown into turmoil if I miss their closing. That’s why everything I do is so important.

I’m fortunate because I have a big family cheering me on, both at work and at home. Cendera has been like a family to me, which is why I love it here. At home I have my wife Kristi, our kids Harley, Tyler, and Jake, and grandkids (Lyla and Blakely). We like to go to sporting events, take vacations, or make the trip up north for some rafting, spending most of our free time with friends and family. Whenever possible I enjoy including Jake in my work because it’s an opportunity to show him how to do business right and treat your fellow man with respect.
